We all seem to be busier than ever, and certainly we’re working longer hours than ever before. In fact, lack of time is one of the most common lamentations of the Western World – both at work and at home. We all feel that the world has got faster and we’re under more and more pressure to deliver.
But, interestingly, despite this increase in effort and stress, there hasn’t been a corresponding increase in productivity since the global financial crisis. So what’s preventing us from being productive? And what impact is it having on our businesses?
