We are offering an exciting full time opportunity for an individual at the start of their career to join our expanding team as a Sales Team Administrator, and become a key part of a growing business that invests in the development of their staff and offers opportunities for progression.

Based in our lively Pocklington office your role will be to contact, predominantly by telephone, potential customers to identify training requirements we may be able to fulfil, and secure meetings for our Course Consultants to allow them to sell our services.

In addition your outbound activity will support the team by building awareness of our brand and services across various sectors. You will support the Course Consultants by developing strategies for targeting new markets, the Marketing team by contacting those who have responded to our e-shots and newsletters, and wider Sales team with general administrative duties and incoming enquiries.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • An excellent level of spelling and grammar
  • Proficiency in IT Skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google equivalents
  • The ability to learn quickly
  • A confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Demonstrable experience cold calling
  • Great listening skills
  • Adaptability, to meet the changing needs of the team
