Discount codes
If you receive a discount code or money-off voucher, it must be used on the date of receipt as the code will expire by midnight, that day. The code can be redeemed immediately on the website at checkout and there’s no need to contact us first.
Please note that online voucher codes for eLearning courses apply only to purchases made online and are only applicable to eLearning courses. When you purchase courses using the discount code, access to your training will begin immediately. If you wish to defer your training, contact the customer services team within two working days of purchasing and BEFORE accessing the training materials. Once you access the materials you cannot defer your start date. You may only defer your start date once and by no more than six months.
Buy One Get One Free Offers
For any Buy One Get One Free offer, the buyer may select a course up to the value of the purchased course. A representative will be in touch within two working days to find out your chosen free course. Free courses may be gifted to another individual, however, this must be done during the initial contact with our team.
Please note that all Buy One Get One Free offers exclude Green and Black Belt courses.
Prize draws
On days in which prizes can be won, all entries must be submitted by midnight, that night. Winners will be contacted on the date specified when entering the competition. Please note that there is only one entry permitted per person for each calendar day; additional entries may be collected but will not enter the draw. However, the same person can enter a different competition on a different day.
Any details you enter to win prizes will be the details listed on your license, so ensure you enter the correct details. Once issued, licenses are non-transferable and so may only be used by the winning entrant. Training must be initiated within six months of winning the course or the entrant forfeits the prize.
