Our Lean Kaizen training is designed and led by our experienced Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts to ensure you qualify as an effective Kaizen facilitator. The course is split into three distinct sections: Online study, classroom training, and private tuition. This blended approach allows us to deliver high-quality and enjoyable training.
All students must complete the free online Yellow Belt training to ensure an equal level of knowledge before entering the classroom. Following the three-day classroom course you will be asked to demonstrate your new knowledge by facilitating a successful Kaizen event. Your coaching sessions can be used for guidance when planning and running this event. On successful completion, you will become a qualified Kaizen facilitator and receive lifetime support to ensure your continued success.
For companies looking for a cost-effective way of training more than four people to become Lean Kaizen facilitators, we also offer in-house training. The bespoke course follows the same structure as our open classroom Lean Kaizen training, but provides content tailored specifically to you business.
The pricing of our in-house Lean Kaizen training is dependent on the numbers of delegates and the level of tailoring. Click the button above now to enquire.

Very interesting introduction. This course seems to be putting common sense and experience into one package.
The content was good, however the test was very simplistic and did not really test my understanding of the Lean principles.
Excellent course easy to understand with many workplace examples throughout.
